Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components, primarily galvanneal and mild steel

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions

• Utilize fixtures, layout techniques, and accurate tape measurement skills

• Conduct pre‑weld and post‑weld inspections to ensure quality and specification compliance

• Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet structural and cosmetic standards

• Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with company policies and OSHA guidelines

• Collaborate with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve production processes

Qualifications
