Our client, a leading manufacturing services organization, seeks a Welder to join a dynamic Seattle team. You will perform MIG, TIG, and laser welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, ensuring high-quality output and conformance to drawings and specs.

The role requires at least 2 years of MIG/TIG experience, AWS certification, and strong attention to detail. Opportunities exist for skill growth within a safety-focused, collaborative environment with day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of welding experience with MIG and/or TIG processes.
• AWS Certified Welder certification in at least one process.
• Ability to read and interpret welding symbols and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual welding using MIG, TIG, and laser welding processes on various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Weld components produced through CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication ensuring high-quality standards
• Read and interpret welding symbols, engineering drawings, and work instructions accurately
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate filler materials, gases, and parameters
• Inspect welds visually for defects and verify they meet specifications and industry standards

$38- $42per hour
