  • Measure, cut, fit, form, and weld material to required specifications
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings and dimensions
  • Perform material take-offs and determine appropriate sizes, thicknesses, and metal types
  • Operate fabrication tools and equipment such as grinders, plasma cutters, bandsaws, shears, rollers, and press brakes
  • Check measurements throughout the fabrication process to ensure accuracy
  • Work with other team members to safely move and position materials and finished products
  • Follow established safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Operate a forklift as needed; training can be provided
What We're Looking For
  • Welding experience required
  • Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding; experience with multiple processes is strongly preferred
  • Interest and experience in metal fabrication, not just welding

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to figure out how to get the job done
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent walking, bending, and squatting
  • Ability to work in both hot and cold shop environments
  • Ability to safely wear required PPE, including welding helmet, safety glasses, hearing protection, and protective gloves
What You'll Help Build

Our Fabrication team works on a variety of custom products and projects, including:

  • Ductwork
