Amazing opportunity to start off your welding career!

Entry-level production welders needed on 1st and 3rd shift in Perrysburg, Ohio.

The Advance Group has partnered with an automotive racking company in need of Production MIG Welders in Perrysburg, OH on 3rd shift.

Responsibilities for Welders:

• This position will use MIG welding to build automotive racks
• Production work required when work slows down in the welding area
• Machine operating and cutting metal to various lengths
• Assembling racks by hand
• Stacking racks
• Cleaning and washing parts
• General cleanup and housekeeping of work stations

Compensation for Welders:

• Starting pay is $17/hr.

Hours for Welders:

• Third shift: Sunday-Wednesday 7:30pm-6am
• Must be available to work Thursday as needed from 7:30pm-4am

Requirements for Welders:

• Welding experience and ability to pass a weld test, whether from schooling or on-the-job experience
• A minimum of 1 year of prior welding experience preferred
• Must have own speed lens helmet
• Must have steel toe work boots
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
• High attention to detail
• Good attendance
• High regard for safety
