Are you interested in working on high-profile bridge projects and supporting this country's infrastructure? RJ Watson, a growing local manufacturer of bridge components, is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for our Fabrication department. Each project is unique, requiring analysis of shop drawings and conceptualization of manufacturing steps using raw steel. Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills are essential.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in welding and fabrication (10+ years preferred)
2. Experience in GMAW; GTAW preferred but not required
3. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
4. Knowledge of steel parts and maintaining tolerances during heating/welding
5. Ability to weld in 2G/2F (3G/3F and/or 4G/4F preferred but not required)
6. Use of overhead cranes for lifting heavy components; rigging familiarity is a plus
