Job summary

Vibration Mountings and Controls Inc is seeking a skilled Welder Lead to set up and operate welding equipment, read drawings, and lead a team to meet production standards. You will weld ferrous and non-ferrous materials using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes, read blueprints, and train others on quality methods.

The role requires 2–3 years of welding experience in a machine shop, 1 year in a supervisory or lead role, attention to safety, and the ability to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Basic math and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards.
• Willingness to be cross-trained.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift, push, or pull up to 40lbs unassisted.
• Works in a typical production environment; must be flexible to work additional hours as needed.
• 2–3 years of welding experience in a machine shop (preferred).
• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
