Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation of America is seeking a skilled welder to perform MIG welding on our manufacturing floor in Newnan, GA. You will load/unload weld fixtures, move parts between stations, and tend robot fixtures while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to pass welding certification within 30 days, and bring 2 years of manufacturing welding experience with the ability to read blueprints.

As a welder you will perform MIG welding as well as manage machines that manufacture and repair metal structures. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of welding machinery equipment. The successful candidate will also have a steady hand and outstanding attention to detail.
100% of your time is on the manufacturing facility floor. This position requires employee to frequently work in a fluid, fast paced environment. No travel is required in this role.
