The Welder performs MIG and TIG welding operations in support of manufacturing and production activities. Depending on experience and skill level, this role may involve fabricating, assembling, and repairing components while ensuring compliance with quality standards, engineering specifications, and safety requirements. Welders are expected to contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment while supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shifts, with the flexibility to work Friday, evenings and weekends as needed based on workload demands.
