Albers Aerospace is seeking an entry-level Welder I to perform MIG and TIG welding under direct supervision in a manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a readiness to learn through on-the-job instruction.
The role emphasizes safety, quality standards, and developing welding skills to progress to higher levels and certifications, with a standard 4/10 schedule and potential for overtime as workload allows.

The Welder I performs entry-level MIG and TIG welding tasks under direct supervision. This role is designed for individuals with less than three years of welding experience and focuses on developing technical skills, understanding basic quality and safety standards, and supporting production operations.
The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shifts, with the flexibility to work Friday, evenings and weekends as needed based on workload demands.
