This position performs routine duties while operating required equipment to move, weld, and apply certification stamps to pipes. It requires knowledge of all welding processes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manually move pipes in and out of weld machinery.
• Operate weld and plasma machines to weld outlets onto pipes.
• Use handheld weld guns for rewelding as specified.
• Apply certification stamps to weld areas using metal stamps and hammers.
• Move pipes along tables to load onto carts for transfer.
• Push carts of pipes to loading areas.
• Operate pneumatic banders to prepare pipe bundles for shipment.
• Complete safety and operational training as required.
• Follow all company policies and SOPs.
• Perform additional tasks as needed by management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a production environment under time constraints.
• Welding experience preferred; certification ability is a plus.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to read tape measures in 1/4" increments.
