Job Impulse, Inc. is hiring MIG Welders in Holly, MI for a temp-to-hire role. The position offers hourly pay with a weekly attendance bonus and two shifts (1st and 2nd) on a Mon-Fri schedule in a hands-on fabrication setting.

Ideal candidates have MIG welding experience or formal training, with recent welding school graduates encouraged to apply and a basic ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure. Overtime may be available based on workload.

Responsibilities

• Grind, clean, and finish welded components as needed.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Help keep the work area clean and production-ready.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production and quality goals.

MIG Welder | Holly, MI

Pay: $20.45–$21.20/hour + weekly attendance bonus

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday

• 1st: 7 am to 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift - 4 pm to 12:30 am (includes additional shift premium)

What to Expect

This is a hands-on manufacturing environment. You’ll be working around welding equipment, machinery, and active production areas, so the shop may be noisy, dusty, smoky, or dirty at times.

Production needs can change, and overtime may be available or required depending on workload. Safety, quality, and reliable attendance are important parts of the job.
