Welder (Manufacturing)

Job Summary

Weld assemblies/weldments to print and specifications in a clean room environment, primarily working with stainless steel components.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Follow instructions from lead or supervisor.
2. Complete jobs in the assigned order or as directed.
3. Check 3-view, isometric, or other print details.
4. Use the barcode system properly.
5. Perform weld coupons and data collection per procedures and requirements.
6. Weld parts to print and required standards.
7. Report discrepancies to lead or supervisor.
8. Maintain machine, tooling, and fixture condition; perform minor repairs and cleaning; report damages or wear.
9. Keep the work station and clean room area safe and contamination-free.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Requirements

• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Orbital welding experience is a plus.

Education & Experience

• 0-2 years of orbital welding experience preferred.
• Equivalent education, training, or experience may be considered.
