Knife River is seeking a welder maintenance technician to handle welding and related maintenance across sites. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with adjustments for weather and demand.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, drill presses, grinders, saws, related fabricating, maintenance and safety equipment.

• Lay out and arrange parts and different types of fabrication.
• Set machines to perform welding operations, including stick, aluminum, and wire feed welding.

• Operate a motor vehicle.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
