Job summary

Minutemen Staffing is seeking an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to fabricate, assemble and repair metal components on first shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role requires reading blueprints and measuring parts to ensure quality.

You will perform TIG and MIG welding, inspect welds and finished products, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and contribute to producing precision metal components with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG / MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated work ethic.
