Responsibilities

• Assembles, disassembles, and repairs mobile equipment and their system components.

• Attends mandatory monthly safety meetings.
• Housekeeping and safe handling of materials and equipment at all times.
• Plans work schedules and resource deployment.

• Maintains documentation of all completed work and tracks parts and lubricants.

REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Performs a variety of duties in support of the operation of Phoenix Global. The job consists of providing maintenance services to the Phoenix fleet and related equipment. Responsible for acting in accordance with the policies and procedures of Phoenix Global and its customers.

• Assembles, dissembles, and repair mobile equipment and their system’s components.
• Performs minor repairs and applies basic welding processes.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Other minor duties may be assigned.
• Performs minor repairs and applies basic welding processes.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Compliance with all Phoenix Safety Policies & Procedures, including wearing specific Personal Protective Equipment required for various job functions.
• Compliance with all Phoenix Standard Operating Procedures
• Attendance at Mandatory monthly Safety Meetings
• Housekeeping and safe handling of materials and equipment must always be exercised.
• Exercise and implement proper lifting and carrying techniques when moving packaging materials.
• Planning work schedules and resource deployment
• Performing quality control and quality assurance
• Performing general and preventative maintenance on Transportation units (e.g., excavators, loaders, transport vehicles, etc.) into service.
• Handling components, modules, and systems of Transportation units
• Documentation of all completed work
• Tracking of all parts and lubricant consumed.
• Observing relevant safety, accident prevention and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent, preferred.
• Experience and knowledge with technical equipment and machinery.
