Job summary

IMKO Workforce Solutions in Falls City, NE is seeking a welder who can pass the AWS D15.1 certification test within 30 days of employment and perform FCAW welding. You will be required to jack cars, disassemble and reassemble truck components, and operate an air arc and plasma cutter safely in tight spaces.

Applicants must have a high school diploma and be able to work at heights up to 16 ft with a strong focus on safety, attendance, and quality.

#INDSTJOWelderDuties and Responsibilities:*This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position. Be able to demonstrate the skills to pass an AWS D15.1 welding certification test within 30calendar days of employment using E 71 Ti Flux Core wire and Co2 for a shielding gas. Must be able to perform some general repairs aided by a more skilled carmen/ welder. Jack cars, dissemble truck components and reassemble in a timely and safe manner. Remove and reassemble raft components in a timely and safe manner. Operate an air arc and plasma cutter. Must come to work and be efficient, quality minded and very safety driven. Positive Attitude. Regular and Predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
