Trillium Immediate Opening: TIG Welders in Dublin

Trillium has immediate openings for TIG Welders in Dublin!

Are you seeking long-term employment with an established company? If you have manufacturing or job shop experience and can stand on your feet throughout your shift, this opportunity could be ideal for you!

The TIG Welder will be responsible for setting up welding equipment, including current, gas flow, voltage, torch angle, etc., based on the varying thicknesses of metal being welded. You will prepare materials for welding by drilling, grinding, tapping, cutting, and milling.

Responsibilities also include welding according to blueprints and welding symbols, inspecting your work for accuracy, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift. This Temp-to-Hire position may convert to full-time based on your performance and attendance.

Shift Schedule:

1. 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with voluntary overtime as needed.
2. 3rd Shift: Sunday, 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM; Monday – Thursday, 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM, with mandatory overtime.
