Job summary

Express Employment International is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator in Denver, CO to join our team. The role emphasizes MIG and TIG welding, blueprint reading, and delivering high-quality welds on stainless steel and aluminum.

We require 1–2 years of MIG/TIG welding, the ability to pass a weld test, and fabrication skills with manufacturing equipment. Enjoy $28 per hour, weekly pay, benefits, and a Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Ability to pass an initial weld test.
• 1-2 years of fabrication and manufacturing equipment experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG Welding on stainless steel and aluminum to produce high-quality welds.
• Blueprint reading to interpret and follow drawings.
• Weld inspections with a high standard (98% success rate).
• Cross-training across trades to expand skills.

What You'll Do:

As a Welder, you will:

• MIG and TIG Welding: Work with stainless steel and aluminum materials to produce high-quality welds.
• Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret and follow blueprints to ensure precision.
• Weld Inspection Success: Complete projects with a 98% success rate on weld inspections.
• Cross-Training: Gain skills in different trades, enhancing your expertise and versatility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-2 years of MIG and TIG welding experience required.
• Weld Test: Ability to pass an initial weld test.
• Fabrication Skills: 1-2 years of experience with fabrication and manufacturing equipment.
• Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean MVR.

Bonus Skills:

• Brake Press Operations: Familiarity with brake press equipment is a plus.
• CNC Mill Machining: Experience in CNC mill machining is a great asset.
