Essential Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Welder in Columbus, NE for a stable full-time role. The ideal candidate will perform MIG welding on diverse components, read blueprints and welding symbols, and follow all safety guidelines.

You will inspect welds, set up equipment, and maintain an orderly work area while contributing to quality and production goals. We value reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or in a team, with opportunities for growth and weekly pay,

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Must follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Strong attention to quality and detail; capable of lifting/moving materials.
