Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Welder in Brookshire, TX to join our manufacturing client. The role focuses on fabrication and repair of metal structures using MIG and GMAW, with a 12-hour shift 5:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years MIG/RSW experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong English communication. Vocational training preferred; competitive pay based on experience; opportunities for growth in a dynamic plant.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) and MIG welding experience.
• Experience operating in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical or vocational training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to accurately create equipment and products.
• Design and build basic and complex structures, supports, or frameworks in daily tasks.
• Weld using GMAW / MIG and RSW processes to meet project specifications.
• Utilize handheld tools such as screw guns, drill guns, grinders, calipers, and weld gauges.
• Maintain inventory of welding consumables, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the fabrication and repair of metal structures. Pay Range:
