Job summary

C&B CUSTOM MODULAR INCORPORATED in Bristol, IN is seeking a Welder to fabricate and repair metal structures. You will perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless, read blueprints, and ensure weld quality.

Position Objective: The Welder is responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and components by using various welding techniques. This role ensures strong, precise welds that meet safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform welding using techniques such as MIG and TIG – aluminum and stainless steel
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Set up welding equipment and select proper materials for each job
• Inspect welds to ensure strength, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Repair metal components and structures as needed
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in safe working conditions
• Follow safety procedures, including proper use of protective gear
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials prior to welding
• Other duties as assigned
