AFC Industries PA, Inc., a manufacturing company located in Berwick, PA, is seeking a TIG Welder to join our team. We are a recognized leader in the design and manufacture of Ergonomic Interactive Technical products for various industries.

Our customers include Medical/Healthcare, Public Safety/Mission Control, All Government Agencies, IT, and Financial Corporations.

The primary tasks involve TIG and MIG welding, with additional duties including operations involved in general product assembly. Must be skilled and able to perform tasks as directed with minimal supervision.

Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to work as part of a team.

Required Skills & Traits

• Demonstrated experience in TIG and MIG welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to interpret and apply information from drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications accurately and consistently.
• Adherence to company guidelines and quality standards.
• Willingness and ability to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to create and interpret technical documentation.
• Willingness to work in other departments as requested.
• Physical ability to stand and bend for 8-10 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to give 100%.
