• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to fabricate components.
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding; LASER welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge including pipe threading, machining operations, soldering, rigging, and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and ductwork installation.

Responsibilities

• Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly tasks on construction sites or manufacturing floors.
• Execute ductwork fabrication, and assembly of structural components following ASME codes & standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols during welding, machining, soldering, and fabrication processes.

Skills

• Extensive construction site experience with knowledge of safety procedures in industrial environments.
• Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, Hand held laser welding techniques, and specific welding standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge including pipe threading, machining operations, soldering, rigging, and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes involving sheet metal fabrication and ductwork installation.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for precise fabrication work.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is preferred.
