Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to read blueprints and fabricate parts from scratch. The role requires welding across cast iron, carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum, with Carbon ARC gouging and TIG repair as needed.

You will join a team to maintain production flow and hit deadlines, while driving process improvements and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
• Familiar with MIG/TIG/ARC welding on multiple metals (cast iron, carbon steel, stainless, aluminum).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
