Job summary

Kärcher in Aurora, IL is hiring a welder to support fabrication with GMAW, Pulse Spray Arc, and limited TIG welding. You will read blueprints, set welding equipment for various thicknesses and materials, and produce prototypes per drawings to meet quality standards.

Job description

The salary range for this position is $28.00-$34.00 hourly DOE. The deadline to submit applications is initially set for Monday December 7th, 2026. • 5+ years of related experience is required.
• The ability to comprehend basic high school math which includes multiplication, division and trigonometry.
• Retains information well.
• Ability to read, writes, and understands basic English
• Possesses good hand-eye coordination.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands.
• Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Able to bend, twist, push, pull, lift a minimum of 25 pounds repeatedly. Able to work in warm climate between 80 - 100 degrees during shift.

Work Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
