Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG in Colorado is seeking an experienced welder to join our manufacturing team. You will perform GMAW and Pulse Spray Arc welding, with limited TIG as needed, and set equipment for various materials and thicknesses. You’ll read drawings and measuring tools to ensure parts meet blueprints and quality standards.

The salary range for this position is $28.00-$34.00 hourly DOE.

• 5+ years of related experience is required.
• The ability to comprehend basic high school math which includes multiplication, division and trigonometry.
• Retains information well.
• Ability to read, writes, and understands basic English
• Possesses good hand-eye coordination.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands.
• Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Able to bend, twist, push, pull, lift a minimum of 25 pounds repeatedly. Able to work in warm climate between 80 - 100 degrees during shift.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
