Job Title: Welder

This position is with a premier, fast-growing metal fabrication company serving major clients in industrial and retail sectors. The role requires MIG and TIG welding skills, along with strong organizational and communication abilities. The Welder will report to the Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts and assemblies.
• Use tape measure accurately to 1/32 inch.
• Plan jobs and maintain production schedules.
• Perform sawing, grinding, and prep work, including de-burring and surface finishing.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Maintain reliable transportation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Welding certification is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Service-oriented attitude.
• Experience with Laser Welding is a plus.
