We are looking for Laser Welders and Grinder candidates to fill these roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-precision laser welding equipment for metal components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in laser welding or similar precision welding techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating press brake machines and other metalworking equipment.
• Knowledge of ductwork installation and fabrication techniques.
• Experience in welding processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with machining practices and principles.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
