Job summary

Morgan Engineering Systems Inc in Alliance, Ohio is seeking a full-time Welder to join our production team. You will weld heavy steel materials for industrial cranes and related machinery, set up and maintain welding equipment, and work with flux core, MIG and dual shield processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional welding experience, reads weld symbols, and can weld in multiple positions while keeping safety a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of professional welding experience is required.
• Skilled in flux core, MIG and dual shield welding.
• Familiarity with reading weld symbols is required.
• Basic organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Weld heavy steel materials in the production of industrial cranes and related machinery.

• Use various welding processes and torches to weld and fabricate heavy steel materials.

You will assist in the production of heavy industrial cranes by welding heavy steel materials while ensuring that innovation comes standard with every order.
