Eaton Corporation's Power Delivery Division in Waukesha, WI is hiring a Utility Welder for 1st shift. The role performs welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks and supports prototype work and repair in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will operate welding equipment, read shop drawings, and complete engineering change requests. We offer weekly pay, shift premiums, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work in US without sponsorship.
• 1-year technical school diploma in MIG/arc welding or equivalent experience.
• Successful completion of Eaton weld test.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding, cutting, and material handling equipment.
• Assemble and weld engineering prototypes from sketches and prints.
• Weld stainless steel units and SS setups.
• Complete ECRs for Engineering Department; train new employees as needed.
• Perform overhead and vertical up welding.
