MAT Holdings Inc. is hiring a Weld Tester to support our air compressor manufacturing operations. You will evaluate weld integrity, perform inspections, and document results to maintain quality across production lines.

The role requires basic welding experience, ability to read blueprints, and adherence to safety standards. Will handle lifting up to 50 lbs, operate hand and air tools, and work first shift with 4 ten-hour days, 6:15am–4:45pm, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; on-the-job training available.
• Welding experience preferred; ability to read blueprints and identify weld defects.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect pressurized tanks for leaks and defects.
• Lift materials and products up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Maintain steady pace to keep welding line running smoothly.
