Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schews, and engineering specifications to determine welding requirements.


• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards and specifications.


• Operate and maintain welding equipment, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs.


• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding processes and resolve technical issues.


• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED


• AWS Certified Welder (CW) or equivalent certification
