Senior Metal Bellows is seeking a motivated entry-level technician to join our precision manufacturing team in Sharon, MA. You’ll learn to read engineering drawings, set up tools, and perform precision assembly with close supervision and hands-on training.

High school diploma or GED equivalent
A genuine willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic—the foundation for mastery in precision work
Attention to detail and pride in producing quality results
Ability to follow technical documentation and instructions accurately
Ability to read and understand English

Hourly Rate Range: $ 20.00 -$22.00 per hour. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
