Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Weld Repair technician for the 3rd shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM), Sunday–Thursday, at our Walker, MI plant. The role focuses on repairing non-conforming parts with MIG or TIG welding, grinding, and related tasks while following safety procedures and maintaining equipment.

Candidates should have 3–5 years welding experience, be certified in MIG and/or TIG, and be able to read, write, and understand English.

Challenge is *#QualityDriven and #PeoplePowered!* **Who We Want:** Repair parts/components that are non-conforming to customer specification by welding, grinding, or other methods as required. **What You'll Do:*** Follow all safety procedures and protocols while servicing or maintaining equipment* Repair parts/components Mig Tig* Tag parts* Move parts to correct location in the plant/facility* Participate in preventative actions where appropriate* Utilization of plexus (ERP system)* Conduct housekeeping for personal work area or shared facility space* Maintain welding equipment **When and Where:** This will be a **3rd Shift / 10:30 PM- 6:30 AM** **Sunday-Thursday** position located at our Plant in **Walker, MI**.
