Job summary

Big Tex Trailers is seeking a production operations supervisor to oversee team performance and deliver training and support for efficient manufacturing operations at our Ohio facility.

You will lead a team, provide coaching, ensure equipment proficiency, and maintain high-quality standards while addressing issues to sustain productivity.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or training.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
