Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and welding procedures.
• Experience performing weld inspections and test results evaluation.
• Ability to work with a team to support production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up welding equipment and maintain training area for testing.
• Assist in issuing weld evaluation tests for pre-employment and ongoing staff.
• Interpret and apply welding procedures to pass AWS-CWI requirements (preferred).
• Document weld training and testing activities and results.
• Support process improvements in weld areas and troubleshoot issues.
