Job summary

Lonestar Tactical Buildings Llc is seeking a motivated Weld Helper to join our team in Texas. This role supports welders in fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, and relies on dependable, safety-conscious workers who are eager to learn a skilled trade.

You will assist welders with setup and cleanup, prepare materials, operate basic hand and power tools, and move materials using hoists.

Qualifications

• Basic or entry level welding knowledge or education.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and attend training.

• Reliable transportation and good attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Inter/Intra state travel
• heavy equipment operator (forklift, telehandler, man lift) certifications not required but preferred
