Job summary

CJI Piping and Fabrication in Selma, TX is seeking an experienced Welder – Full Time to join a fast-paced shop that builds carbon steel pipe fab, structural fab, and related installations. You will perform stick welding and possibly TIG on carbon steel and stainless, read blueprints, and fabricate and repair metal structures.

If you enjoy building, repairing, and fabricating metal components in a fast‑paced environment, this role will fit you well. We specialize in Carbon Steel Pipe Fab & Install as well as some Structural Steel Fab & Install.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Stick and potentially TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel.

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and equipment.


• Inspect finished welds for quality and safety.


• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work area.
