Divergent is seeking a Weld Engineer to drive development and qualification of weld joints for automated, fixtureless assembly in high‑end aerospace and defense applications. You will lead technology evaluation, design welded joints, and craft qualification plans for production.

As a Weld Engineer, you will drive the development and qualification of innovative weld joints to enable automated, fixtureless assembly of multi-component designs.
At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels of Weld Engineer II - Principal Weld Engineer as evaluated through our interview process.
Pay Range
$122,430 - $259,310 USD
