Job summary

Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a part-time Lobby Attendant in Long Branch, NJ. Salary is $16.00 hourly, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 1 PM to 1 AM totaling 24 hours per week. You will help create a safe, welcoming community for residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, logging visitors, assisting with lockouts, and supporting property upkeep. Friendly, professional interactions and reliable attendance are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of door monitoring, security, customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to enforce access procedures calmly and respectfully.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and monitor residents, guests, vendors, and contractors entering the property.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue badges when required, and collect/ sanitize badges.
• Conduct routine rounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Assist residents with lockouts and support residents and guests with professionalism.
• Monitor entrances and respond to unauthorized access or safety concerns, contacting authorities when necessary.
• Assist with trash removal, light cleaning, snow removal, salting, and maintaining common areas as directed.
• Receive and organize packages and mail for management staff.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the Community Manager.
• Answer phones and assist with resident communication as needed.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere.
