Responsibilities

• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models brand standards by presenting a professional image and adhering to dress code.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise for returns and logs visitor information.
• Assists with firearm guest check-in under company SOP while ensuring greeters do not handle firearms.
