Bath Area Family YMCA & Landing Y in Bath, ME seeks a Membership Representative to welcome members and guests, promote memberships and programs, and provide outstanding customer service both in person and by phone.
The role focuses on greeting, listening to member needs, and maintaining accurate membership records while helping to grow membership and reduce cancellations. CPR/First Aid within 30 days is required.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.50 Hourly

The Membership Representative at the Bath Area Family YMCA & Landing Y maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals. The Membership Representative responds to member and guest needs and promotes memberships and programs.
