Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred tourism/hospitality, psychology, social work, human resources, public/business administration, communications.
• Experience in customer service management and supervising staff across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seven statewide information desks and customer service staff across WV information centers.
• Coordinate brochure distribution and promotional materials.
• Ensure compliance with marketing materials and activities.
• Direct operations, manage conflicts, and report to supervisor with clear guidance.
• Maintain consistent communications and workflow across all centers.
• Handle internal/external communications and data reporting.
• Plan meetings, train staff, and develop new processes for efficiency.
• Monitor shipments, supplies, and Goods & Services Requests.
