Job summary

Caldwell Companies LLC in Houston, TX, seeks a Welcome Center Manager to lead sales, visitor engagement, and daily operations for the Chambers Creek Welcome Center. You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise the onsite team, establish service standards, and ensure guests receive accurate information and connections to builders or partners.

You will maintain CRM data, produce weekly reports, partner with builders, Realtors, and marketing, and coordinate events and tours to drive home sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Three to five years in real estate, hospitality, customer experience, sales support, or related field.
• Experience recruiting, training, scheduling, supervising, and coaching onsite teams.
• Strong communication, customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite with occasional weekends/events.
