Job summary

Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a College Welcome Center Coordinator to be the face of the College, providing a welcoming, inclusive, and professional experience for all stakeholders. The Coordinator will coordinate communication between internal and external entities/guests and ensure the experience meets or exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in an office/administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between internal and external entities/guests to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Provide support to college constituents and organize Welcome Center operations.
• Interact with 1250+ students and employees and visitors to ensure expectations are met.
