Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers, answer questions, resolve concerns professionally, and follow policies to enhance satisfaction.
• Identify and shop customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Operate checkout equipment, bag merchandise efficiently, and assist customers at the register.
• Contact customers by phone for inquiries or concerns.
• Use console and picker devices for accuracy.
• Stay informed about weekly ads, promotions, and store layout to assist customers.
• Ensure transaction accuracy, handle various payment methods, and follow security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the department following schedules and guidelines.
• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth department and store operations.
• Utilize all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist in other departments as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualification Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required. Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
