As a Cashier/Sales Floor Associate, you will handle customer transactions, maintain store stock, and ensure compliance with policies. Your role is vital in building customer relationships and supporting our mission to create a positive impact.

Essential Functions

• Deliver exceptional service to ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
• Operate POS system, handle cash, and implement programs like Round Up and Good Points.
• Maintain accurate cash records and customer data.
• Handle disputes and exchanges professionally.
• Rotate stock and maintain attractive displays.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Support floor operations and upkeep.
• Follow safety and security policies.
• End transactions with a positive message: "You changed a life today, thank you!"
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills.
• Experience with personal computers preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with merchandise such as name brands, antiques, vintage, and collectibles.
• Ability to identify shades and inspect clothing quality.
