Foster Farms is seeking workers for night shift operations in Fresno, CA. You will move products along a conveyor, weigh and label items, and pack them for shipment in a cold environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy in weight recording, adherence to standards, and physical endurance for long shifts on a reinforced floor.

Competenze

• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with others.
• Ability to read and write numbers and perform basic math.
• Must be able to work in a 28F cold environment.
• Stand or walk for 8–10 hours on hard surfaces.
• Able to lift up to 10+ lbs as needed.
• Maintain defined management standards.

Job Description

Shift Hours: 10PM-6AM + OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Workers are responsible for advancing product along the conveyor line, recording the weight into the system, and labeling the package


• Once weighed and labeled the workers are responsible for packing the product into boxes.

Qualifications

• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and work well with others


• Read and write numbers, good math skills, and communication skills


• Able to work in 28F cold environment


• Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor


• Must be able to lift up to 10+ LBS


• Maintain management standards.
