Job summary

Foster Farms in Fresno, CA is seeking a reliable worker for packaging line duties. You will move products along the conveyor, record weights accurately, and label packages for packing into boxes. The role requires consistent performance in a cold environment and the ability to lift light loads.

Day shifts with overtime as needed; good communication and teamwork are essential to ensure product quality and on-time packing. Training provided for standard operating procedures and safety rules.

• Able to work in a 28F cold environment.
• Must be able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours on a concrete/metal grate floor.
• Must be able to lift up to 10+ lbs.
• Maintain high management and quality standards.

Shift Hours: 6:00AM-2PM + OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Workers are responsible for advancing product along the conveyor line, recording the weight into the system, and labeling the package
• Once weighed and labeled the workers are responsible for packing the product into boxes.

• Able to work in 28F cold environment
• Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor
• Must be able to lift up to 10+ LBS
• Maintain management standards.
