Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri and national certification; CPR/BLS.

• Strong communication and counseling abilities to educate and motivate patients on nutrition, activity, and lifestyle modification.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, professionalism and reliability.
• Comfort with electronic health records and documentation standards.
